As a little girl I always knew I wanted to work with children. Besides my faith and family, teaching children truly is my passion in life. Growing up I was always around children whether it involved volunteering at church, babysitting, or teaching dance classes. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Texas in Communication with a minor in Management and started my professional career at the Star-Telegram selling advertising. Soon after I realized God was placing a calling on my heart to pursue teaching and thankfully I listened. I received my certification in Early Childhood-4th grade and was blessed to have a position teaching Kindergarten in the Northwest ISD school district for 5 years. In the summer of 2012 I realized that God was calling me to ministry and I was blessed to be hired as Children’s/First Flight Director at Alliance Community Fellowship. I feel so humbled to work in ministry and still be able to teach children. I have the best of both worlds…teaching children and helping them learn about how much Jesus loves them!! I am the proud wife to a fireman, Daniel, and a mommy to 2 living children, Briley and Delaney, and 1 beautiful angel in Heaven, Hadley.
