When I was young I knew that I wanted to grow up to be 3 things: a mom, a teacher and a pastor. I would practice my “sermons” before church on Sundays and repeat some of the things that our pastor would say. Being brought up in the church, I had the blessing of many Godly role models who were great teachers, preachers and servants of the Lord. Even though I didn’t grow up to be a pastor, I do have a passion for serving the Lord through His church. I consider it an honor to get to spend time with our sweet church kids and a calling to teach them about God’s love. I grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s in Rehabilitation Studies. I taught prevention classes, provided educational services and casework for at-risk youth in inner city Fort Worth. After five years I quit to start my family and be a stay-at-home mommy. After having babies, I worked for six years as a preschool teacher. I am honored to be married to Tim and we are blessed to have two children, Macy and Davis. ACF has been our church home since 2009. I can’t think of a better group of people to “do life” with than my family at ACF.
If you were an animal what type of animal would you be and why?

What do you love best about ACF?
There are so many things that I love about our church! I love that ACF is a place that anyone can come to worship. I love that Matthew 28:18-20 is demonstrated through the church. I love the great families with which we worship.
